                        REFERRAL REQUEST AGREEMENT

                         RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PARTIES 

The Parties agree that the Referrer in this Agreement is an independent contractor.

• The Client will mandate the Referral by sending a referral request agreement to find him an employee or a professional (referred to as a Service provider).

• When the referral request agreement is received, the Referrer will transmit to the Client all the necessary information (referred to as a Referral request) to be able to directly contact the Service provider.

• After the Referral request is sent to the Client by email, the Referrer does not interfere and does not follow up on any action between the Client and the Service provider.

• The Referral request will contain the following information:

• Name of the Service provider

• The address of the company's headquarters in Canada

• Company phone number

• Link to book a consultation

• Company website

• Company Email PAYMENT AND FEES

• The Parties agree that the Referrer will receive from the Client 25 CAD dollars per Referral request as Referral fees.

• This amount is non-refundable under no circumstances.

• This Referral fee is payable whether the Client retains the services of the Service provider or not.

• The payment will be made before sending the Referral request to the Client. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• The role of the Referrer is only to send to the Client the Referral request. • The Referrer does not guarantee that the Service provider identified in the Referral request will meet the needs of the Client.

• Under no circumstances will the Referrer be liable for any damages arising from the acts of the Service provider. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Québec. The Parties hereby agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
